In the year 1957 on 14^th day of July, two small organizations, Kerala Club and Malayali Samajam merged together and formed Kerala Samajam Dooravaninagar. Being the first socio-welfare organization in the vicinity of Dooravaninagar, on 20^th November  1959 the management of ITI Limited provided a shelter for the office of Samajam, D69  North Avenue, ITI Township, Dooravaninagar Bangalore 16, and it has become an impetus for our growth.  Even on this day, this is our Head Office and we have our library and reading room functioning well, in this office.  Samajam has completed several decades of vibrant existence in Dooravaniangar with commendable contribution in the field of  Social, Cultural, Educational and Health Services.
