Jubilee Institutions are the striking examples of women empowerment. Men employees are less than five percent in samajam institutions. Matters are not different in Jubilee English High school NRI Layout where CBSE curriculum is followed. Among around the hundred employees from Principal to peon at Jubilee English High School NRI Layout, only four are men. International women’s day observed all around world as token of women empowerment, was celebrated at this School yesterday (8/3/2023) with pomp and gaiety under the leadership of Principal Smt. Sujatha Nair. Lady Teachers performed variety entertainment programs during the function
അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വനിതാദിനം
സ്ത്രീ ശക്തീകരണത്തിന്റെ മാകുടോദാഹരണങ്ങളാണ് ജുബിലീ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ. സമാജം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ അഞ്ച് ശതമാനത്തിൽ താഴെ മാത്രമാണ് പുരുഷ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ എണ്ണം. എൻ ആർ ഐ ലേ ഔട്ടിലുള്ള കേന്ദ്ര പഠന പദ്ധതി പിന്തുടരുന്ന ജുബിലീ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഹൈ സ്കൂളിലും വ്യത്യസ്തമല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾ. പ്രധാനാധ്യാപിക മുതൽ ശിപായി വരെയുള്ള തസ്തികകളിൽ ഉള്ള നൂറോളം ജീവനക്കാരിൽ നാലു പേർ മാത്രമാണ് പുരുഷ ജീവനക്കാരുള്ളത്. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ജുബിലീ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഹൈ സ്കൂളിൽ ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള സ്ത്രീ ശക്തീകരണത്തിന്റെ പ്രതീക ദി നമായ ‘അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വനിതാ ദിനം സാമൂചിതമായി ആഘോഷിച്ചു. പ്രധാനാധ്യാപിക ശ്രീമതി സുജാത നായരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് ആഘോഷപരിപാടികൾ നടന്നത്. വനിതാഅധ്യാപകരുടെ വിവിധ കലാപരിപാടികളും ആഘോഷ പരിപാടികളുടെ ഭാഗമായി നടന്നു.
